Kariera Group recruitment services are actively seeking a Recruitment Consultant – Energy Sector. Join Kariera Group’s Energy Recruitment Services as we expand our delivery power across EPC, PMC, and Operator clients in the dynamic energy market. From technical delivery to client growth — this is a full 360 role where your voice, strategy, and success will matter.

Mission:

• Build and manage your own client portfolio
• Deliver exceptional talent across EPC/PMC/Operator projects
• Run full-cycle recruitment from sourcing to onboarding
• Drive business growth and project-based delivery

Requirements:

• Proven experience in 360 technical recruitment
• Strong EMEA energy/EPC recruitment knowledge and Network
• Resilient, proactive, and hungry to build something big
• Excellent communication and client rapport skills

You’ll be reporting directly to Leasha Stone, Head of Recruitment Services, and working alongside a passionate, driven team. Expect ownership, accountability, and the chance to shape recruitment for some of the biggest names in energy.
